Disney Dragon News:
A new book has been released by local Passamaquoddy historian about strange story from the cities past. The original story was discovered in the Passamaquoddy Gazette from 1901. It is about a Dr Terminus a patent medicine salesman who traveled through the area. Dr Terminus claimed to have studied at the Sorbonne and earned his doctorate from the Dr. School’s School of Podiatry but neither school has records of a Dr. Terminus. The trouble began when he meet up with the Gogan family. He offered to help them capture a dragon. He was soon ran out of town. It is believed he moved to San Francisco with his business partner Hoagy.
The story gets stranger from there. The Gogans were jailed and put on trial for child slavery and hunting without a license. The defence tried to portray the young Pete as mentally unstable. The entire town was brought into to testify for the prosecution. Everyone announced that they saw the Gogans showing off a paper and literally singing repeatedly they had a, “Bill of sale right here.” They also repeatedly claimed Pete belonged to them.
The Gogans were found guilty. When leaving the courthouse Lena Goga said, “Hogwash, who’d be stupid enough to sing bout that.” One of her sons quickly stated, “We was Ma, remember we was in town a singen all about it.” The Gogans were hung until dead 2 weeks later.
In other dragon related news a local lumber Gavin Magary was arrested for discharging a firearm in a national park and hunting without a license. Forest ranger Grace Meacham told him he couldn’t shoot in a national park and also asked if he had a permit for hunting dragons. He could not provide the proper dragon hunting permit and Sheriff Gene Dentler had to come and arrest Mr. Magary. Mr. Magary is out on bail but will stand trial next month.
