Upcoming Star Wars Films



Disney has just announced the next Star Wars films that will be released.
Star Wars a Holiday Special: Special Edition. Fans who have never seen the rare T.V. special only shown once ever in the history of our galaxy will be excited to see finally see the film George Lucas didn’t want you to see. But it will only be in for a limited holiday engagement.
Star Wars Fairy Tales: Teek the Ginegerbread Man. This will be the first in a planned series of films
aimed at kids. It will take classic fairy tales and give them a Star Wars twist. The first of these films will 
feature everyone’s favorite Endor Moon creature Teek. Teek will be playing the role of the Gingerbread 
Man with Wilford Brimley reprising his role as Noa Briqualon. Also returning will be Aubree Miller as Cindel Towani. By popular demand Lak Sivrak will be playing the role of the fox. Unfortunately Jason 
Little the original actor who played Teek was eaten by a Dulock but his son Fred will be taking his place 
as Teek in the role of the Gingerbread Man.

A Day in the Life of Anthony Daniels will be the first Star Wars film since E.T. that is set in our own world. It will is going to be a full length documentary. The film will follow Anthony Daniels for a full day and the 
film will last 27.5 hours. Already early audiences are buzzing. There is even talk of a possible Oscar for 
best documentary.



Finally Disney is having their True Life Adventure Films and Star Wars team up this Earth Day for the 
release of Porgs. The story follows a porg who is orphaned when a Wookie eats her father. But in the end the porg will find a new home with her father’s murder and the Wookie will find redemption. If this is 
successful we expect to see more of these films in the future.

The 80's were the best time for toys and kids cartoons. But with so many great shows some are bound to be forgotten by many. One such show was Dino-Riders. Dino-Riders was a 1988 cartoon made to sell the toys by Tyco. I can recall them existing as toys and getting them on Christmas I don't know if I ever saw the cartoon until recently. The show only lasted for 13 episodes. The premise was that two fighting factions from the future were transported back in time to the age of the dinosaurs. The good guys were the Valorians.   Disney in WWI To understand WWII you have to first look at WWI. Many historians consider WWI to be merely the precursor to WIII or the two wars to be one war with a temporary cease fire. Walt Disney would take part in the war to end all wars and it would have a huge impact on him for the rest of his life. At a young age Walt Disney was patriotic. While in high school Walt would draw patriotic cartoons for his high school newspaper. It is not surprising then that would want to join the war effort. It may seem odd in modern times that people were so eager to go to war but we have changed as a society a great deal since then.
